State UIL Academic crew is refueling at Hula Hut after a long day of competition to get ready for tomorrow. Watson Evans made the finals in Poetry and Morgan Griffith finished with a 6th place medal in Copy Editing.
Day 1 of contests for the Roughnecks. Brooks is competing in mathematics now, Watson is in his area for Poetry about to go, and Morgan and Ash compete in Copy Editing at 3:30. Good luck to all!

The state UIL kids are enjoying an evening at Dell Diamond before competition begins tomorrow.
We wish safe travels to our students headed to state UIL in Austin this morning. Morgan Griffith, Anastasia Robinson, Brooklyn Webb, Ash Strickland, Watson Evans, Hayden Powell, and Brayden Carr. They will compete over the next two days.
