SHS Social Action class made fleece blankets the past few weeks. They delivered them to the Cancer Center at UMC today to be distributed to patients receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatment.

Congratulations to the Sundown Middle School OAP as they earned the bronze medal today at the District UIL OAP competition held in Sundown! We are grateful to Mrs. Jonna Evans, Mrs . Martha Buchanan and Mr. Hunter Stanley for their time and dedication with our students at SMS! We are hosting, but not directing, the District Middle School One Act Play in the Auditorium today. We will have students from other schools using one of our Athletic locker rooms, the round room, the basement, Coach Berry's room and Mrs. Evans room. We will have judges placed in our Board Room, and will hold all events in the Auditorium.  Plays will run in order this afternoon, with plays starting every hour. We will perform at 3:30 this afternoon.
